So from the photos you can see why I needed this workshop! My good friend, Mary Jane, and I headed down to Houston last weekend to attend this workshop. We were both so excited to meet
Karen Russell and learn from her. And boy did we learn!! The class ran from 9 am until 7:30 pm with only an hour break for lunch. It is amazing how much info. she covers in that amount of time! Our brains were fried by the end of the day. Now we just need to practice!
We drove down on Friday and came home Sunday. It was such a nice break, especially before starting my stint as a single mom. We enjoyed some good food and great conversation.
Thanks Mary Jane for a great weekend! Now we just need to get out our folders and get to work! And a big thanks to Greg and Jeff for holding down the forts so we could go out and play!
